Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Niki Apartments in Pržno. Ivan, our host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He made us feel truly cared for and was always available to help with anything we needed. His hospitality added a personal touch that made our experience even more special. The apartment itself was fantastic – spacious, modern, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and a clean, stylish bathroom, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The highlight was definitely the balcony view – breathtaking sea views and unforgettable sunsets every evening. The location is ideal: just a short walk to the beach, close to charming restaurants and small shops, yet peaceful and quiet enough to fully relax.

Pros: Exactly as in the photos, beautiful apartment and very nice host. The location is amazing. easy access to Budva, Kotor, Tivat etc. nice path to Sveti Stefan. I highly recommend it! Yes, there is a road in front of the property, but for us the view, quality of the apartment and easy access to the nearest beaches were compensated. Thank you very much.

Pros: The apartments are modern, clean and comfortable. They completely correspond to the provided photos. The owner is also very nice and responsive. They are situated in3 minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops.

Cons: The noise from the road was really disturbing( maybe some the windows should be properly set up

Exceptional

Pros: Great location close to a nice small, not too crowded beach. The flat was equipped with everything we needed, and was clean tidy and looked pretty new. We never experienced this level of hospitality, and probably never will. The owner (Ivan) is very kind and made the stay extra special. The apartment includes everything to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, and the interior is beautiful. We look forward to our next visit to Przno, which will definitely include a stay at Apartment Niki.

I love Przno!

Pros: Cozy apartment with an amazing view of a seaside. Comfortable bed. Everything in the apartment is new, soft linels and towels. Ivan is a very nice host. Kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for prepering meals.

Pros: Such a wonderful hosting experience for us. Everything in our apartment was brand new, bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were very soft and nice. The view is stuning and the sea is in just few minutes walking distance. Excellent price for this part of Montenegrin coast.

Pros: we loved the view, and enjoyed the comfy bed after long ride. It is all new and clean, with everything you need for short or longer stay. The beach is few minutes away from the property so we didn’t need to use a car.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Beautiful apartment with huge terrace. Sunsets are amazing from the terrace. Beach is 5 min walk from the apartment. Ivan is a very nice host, he gave us all information that we needed.

Najlepši pogled na najživopisnije selo na moru

Pros: Boravili smo u Niki apartmanu u Pržnu i iskustvo je bilo izvanredno. Apartman ima apsolutno fantastičan pogled na možda i najlepše selo u kojem sam ikada bio – do njega vodi kratka, prijatna šetnja, a tamo vas čekaju odlični riblji restorani, pizzerije i čaroban prizor stare kamene kuće. Sam apartman je potpuno renoviran, luksuzan i uređen sa mnogo ukusa. Sve je bilo besprekorно čisto, cena sasvim razumna, a posebno bih istakao predivan usponski tuš i neograničenu toplu vodu – pravi mali ritual uživanja. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti ponovo.

Pros: Havsutsikten samt rent, fräscht och bekväma lägenheten. Perfekta läget nära stranden, trevliga restaurangerna och caféerna i närheten, och den vänliga och hjälpsamma värden, Ivan.
