Pros: Apartman se nalazi na veoma dobroj lokaciji, pogled sa terase je predivan. Apartman je zaista dobro opremljen.

Cons: Higijena je veliki problem ovog apartmana. Kuhinja i kupatilo nisu dobro održavani, na dosta mesta je bilo prljavo, pri tom nisu ostavljena nikakva sredstva za čišćenje. U spavaćoj sobi ostavljen je jorgan za pokrivanje, koji je ceo bio u žutim i crvenim flekama. U fiokama pored kreveta su bile dlake od kose.
