Good price and quality rate. Perfect location.

Pros: Location is really good, few minutes walk to the sandy beach. Parking is ok (garage), but you don’t have assigned place - you should find the place each time when arrive. We had an apartment with mountain view, but sea view is much better :) Air conditioning, wi-fi worked very well.

Cons: Kitchen facilities quite poor (one blunt knife, one teaspoon for four, etc).

Pros: Location is great, views from the sea view apartment is wonderful. Air conditioning works perfectly. Satisfied with all other household stuff (vacuum cleaner, towels, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.).

Cons: Kitchen tableware is quite poor (especially cutlery). Some corners require restauration (especially in bath/kitchen - there is missing one piece of the shower cabine doors). There are no hooks in bathroom which is super annoying (and so easy solvable!). Too little furniture in terrace (just two chairs and small table even if its perfect place to spend an evening so you need to take chairs from the inside). Parking is available but you should be lucky as there is no exact parking spot assigned. So it was still a bit lottery and a bit planning when to come back to get a parking place..

Pros: Uglavnom je sve bilo super. Domacini veoma ljubazni i na usluzi. Apartman kao na slikama, sve je novo i cisto.

Great location and facilities

Pros: It has all you'd need, a hair dryer, cutleries, plates, even a laundry dryer. Location is quite good.

Cons: Some minor things can be added, like clothes hooks would be great to have some mop and/or vacuum.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this very cute and cozy apartment! It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing space. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, always available to help if needed. The location is ideal — just a short walk to Rafailovici Beach, one of the best beaches in the Becici area. We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return in the future.

Cons: While the overall stay was very pleasant, it would be helpful if a broom or mop were available in the apartment, especially for longer stays, as there was no housekeeping service during our visit. This small addition would make it even more convenient and comfortable for guests.

Pros: Great location, friendly and flexible staff, new apartments and possibility to park (yes, it is very important in Montenegro)! Definitely location to go back to.

Cons: Cleaning was only 3 times in 2 weeks

Pros: Fresh apartment, bright, with new furniture, very responsive host.

Cons: The place has kitchen, but no essentials are provided (salt, pepper, tea, coffee). It would be great to have such little things on hand in the future)

Pros: Aura Tower apartments by in Property provided excellent accommodation with its central location and modern architecture in Budva. All my questions were always answered quickly through Booking.com. We started the day with a sea view every day in our sea view room. They helped with car parking space. Kitchen equipment and the most important need, a washing machine, provided us with convenience in our room. Enjoying the cinema at night was wonderful with unlimited internet and a large LED TV. Ms. Jelena provided solutions to all our questions and needs 24/7. The perfect welcome upon our arrival and the farewell with good wishes upon our departure were very nice gestures. I thank him very much. When I come again, my first choice will always be Aura Tower aparments by in Property and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Very happy with stay overall and would definitely recommend!

Pros: Conveniently located in a quiet village Rafailovici, short walking distance from local beaches and 30-40 min walk to Budva. Property management is superb, our host Jelena was very responsive and accommodating to our needs which made our stay very enjoyable. The flat was regularly cleaned to a high standard.

Cons: On most of the evenings we could smell someone smoking which is not ideal as we preferred to stay with an open balcony door to feel the fresh evening air.
