it was cozy

Pros: the flat is very clean. the owner is a nice man. everything is very comfortable. if ill be in podgorica again i’ll book this flat because its very cozy and nice

Very good apartment, but not perfect

Pros: Good location, new building, new furniture. Large shopping center, small shops and cafes nearby. Despite some drawbacks, I would stay there again.

Cons: The floors and some stuff in the bathroom were quite dirty, I cleaned them myself. The drain under the sink in the bathroom was leaking, I fixed it myself. Every morning at 6:50 I woke up to the noise of the construction site nearby. No microwave oven.

Удобно, чисто, просторно, в крайне удачном месте

Pros: Очень большая для двухкомнатной квартира с приличного размера ванной комнатой и неплохим балконом. Хорошая звукоизоляция от звуков на улице (хотя внутридомовые звуки иногда и слышно). Тепло тогда, когда в других домах довольно-таки холодно (отопления мы не заметили и не знаем, как это работает). Удобная мебель. Заезжать-выезжать было вполне комфортно. Вокруг полно кафе и магазинов. Окна во двор — машины под окном не ездят, а вот зелень есть. Цена более чем адекватная. Дом новый и чистый.

Cons: Хорошо бы, конечно, чтобы была микроволновка и чайник с автовыключением. Но и без них неплохо. Душ чуток ушатан, идеального состояния не ждите.

9 günlük konaklamamızda keyifli vakit geçirdiğimiz bir daire oldu.

Pros: Daire 1+1 olmasına rağmen geniş bir daire. Daire sahibi oldukça kibardı. Ev temizdi. Big Fashion Avm’nin hemen yanında. Bir yere giderken avm önünden kolaylıkla taksi bulunabiliyor. Dairenin olduğu binanın ve yan binaların giriş katlarında market, cafe, restoran, berber gibi dükkanlar var.
