Pros: We stayed at the appartment for a night and had everything we need really! It's quite up so you have a fairly nice view over the city! It was modern ,clean and had a all the facilities you need! There's car parking in a public place what I don't think it's free during the week ( we stayed on a Sunday). It wasn't the easiest to find but after a call with the friendly owner it all went it's way :-) I'd recommend as it's good located to the old town as well as to the areas where you find bars and restaurants! Nice big appartment in modern building
Pros: Great accomodation. Spacious, very well equipped. Communication was very easy with the host. Absolutely recommended
Cons: Airco should be turned on for guests before arrival because the flat was very hot. And the airco needed 6-7 hours to cool down the appartment.

Very good
Pros: The appartment is located on one of the top floors. The view is superb from the balcony. The space is generous and it has all that you need. It is quite close from the city center. The host is very nice and can recommend you good places to have lunch. There is free parking on the public domain outside.
Cons: We couldn't find a hairdriver, but it was not really an issue.

Pros: Tamara è stata molto professionale e cordiale, mi ha aiutato anche a trovare un meccanico onesto e bravo per un problema sorto in itinere. La casa mi è piaciuta molto e anche i servizi offerti dalla stessa. Ritornerò sicuramente a Podgorica e al Modern. Grazie ancora.

Pros: Хорошее расположение, теплая квартира, соседей не слышно. Быстро отвечали на сообщения. Кровать большая в спальной, есть микроволновка рабочая. Есть электро сушит ель в ванной.
Cons: Дверь в ванную плохо закрывается. Окно в комнате не закрывается полностью как на микропроветривание. Свет в комнатах тусклый все в полумраке, лично мне было мало света. В раковине вода уходила плохо как и в самой ванной и ещё шторки нет вся вода летит на пол.

Komfortowe mieszkanie blisko centrum, polecam.
Pros: Komfortowe, klimatyzowane mieszkanie na 6 piętrze w nowoczesnym budynku z windą, 5 minut spacerem od centrum. W okolicy sklepy, restauracje. Na sąsiednich uliczkach można znaleźć bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe. Salon z aneksem kuchennym, sypialnia z 2 wejściami, łazienka - tylko balkon w mojej opcji był słaby, bo to było praktycznie zabudowane pomieszczenie z oknem. Wygodne łóżka, WiFi+Smart TV. Wzorowy kontakt internetowy z właścicielką. Lokalizacja/wejście - wszystko super wytłumaczone z kodami i zdjęciami, bezkontaktowe przekazanie kluczy. Dodatkowo różne opcje odpłatnego transportu.
