Cozy

Great place!

Pros: Our daughter and son-in-law came from America to visit us, and this apartment is located right next to our apartment building. They were happy with the apartment, especially that there was a bathtub and a washing machine. The location was perfect; not too far from city center and right across the street from a market. The host was always available for questions.

Cons: The bed was a little too firm; maybe a mattress pad could help? The door was hard to unlock with the key.

Pros: Very clean and comfy,had everything one needs…the host was very nice and friendly,and we managed to get everything done quickly.Located in a very good area,10/10 would recommend for anyone that plans to stay in Podgorica.

Pros: The apartment is located in a wonderful area, a wonderful park nearby. There was a parking lot near the house - it's super. There is also a shop in the next house. Tamara is a wonderful girl, very pleasant and friendly. The apartment has dishes, towels, a lovely comfortable bed, a cozy living room. We had a wonderful time, it's a pity that we couldn't stay any longer.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that we spent too little time in this apartment

Pros: The apartment is exceptionally cozy and comfortably compact, situated in a quiet neighborhood not far from the Nova Varoš district. Host-free check-in allows for maximum flexibility with arrival times, which I found extremely convenient. The host, while I had no need to reach out for assistance, seems quite approachable and ready to address any potential concerns. The apartment offers a full suite of amenities for a comfortable stay, including thoughtful extras such as coffee, tea, and sweets. My experience was entirely positive, leaving me with a very favorable impression. I highly recommend this property for its exceptional value in terms of price and comfort.

Pros: The apartment is in one of my favourite districts of Podgorica, right by the beautiful Gorica hill park, from here you can walk to any part of the town. I had a good time there, comfy bed, very peaceful, birds chirping in the morning, and the interior is very pleasant, with nice touches. The communication with the host was quick and easy.

Recommend

Pros: Aircond warms the whole flat enough in February. All needed facilities are provided. Location is super, close to the most of embassies. Very easy to check in/out. Tamara (the host) is super friendly. Her English is fluent. She responses immediately to any request.

Cons: Soundproof. However I understand it's unreal to improve it due to the building characteristics.

Pros: Понравилось абсолютно всё! Чисто, хозяин объяснил как получить ключи, где оставить после отъезда. В апартаментах было всё необходимое.

Pros: Great stay! The apartment is cozy and has everything we needed. The host is responsive and helpful. Helped us order a taxi to the airport last moment. The AC works great, and it was quiet throughout our stay. Great wifi speed! There was space to leave our child's stroller downstairs.

Cons: The dining area is a bit too small for a family of three. There's no elevator.
