Pros: It's nice apartment! Clean, good and safe area 😊 also it has everything you need. The host was really nice and even offered to meet us at the international bus station🙏 It was self check in and check out which I like a lot 😁

Cons: There was no shampoo, although I asked if it's there in advance. The wost thing was that we came during national holidays (we didn't know that) and EVERYTHING was closed... All supermarkets and cosmetic shops. Also gas station had no shampoo. So it was a problem. Also there is no toilet sit and 1 shower door.

Nice studio , good location and a great host !

Pros: Really nice and comfortable studio in a quiet area. Stevan is really nice guy and helped me with a taxi to the airport and check in was easy. Not too far from the city centre and has good air conditioning. Felt very safe and secure. Piping hot water and studio has everything i needed. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Stevan

Cons: Maybe put a new toilet seat on. This wasn't a huge issue for me as I was out a lot , but it may be for someone else .

Мне требовалась квартира на сутки. Не хотел брать койку в общем номере и выбрал этот вариант.

Pros: Check in and check out. Быстрый и без хлопот. Все инструкции как пройти и где получить ключи, хозяин квартиры отправил на телефон. Есть горячая вода. Тепло и работает климат. Чистые полотенца. Есть стиральная машина. Мне требовалась квартира на сутки. Не хотел брать койку в общем номере и выбрал этот вариант. Все что было на фото, то и было в квартире. Мне требовалось переночевать, отдохнуть, помыться и поесть. Еду приготовить есть где и есть в чем. Есть горячая вода и стиральная машинка. Работает телевизор и много каналов. Климат греет. Остановился бы я еще раз в этом объекте - думаю что да.

Cons: Не могу сказать что что-то не понравилось, потому как я видел фото. И что было на фото, то и присутствовало в квартире. Предыдущие постояльцы, гости, скорее всего курили. Запах прокуренного помещения. Но это больше вопрос к адекватности жильцов, которые читают правила и не соблюдают их. Из-за запаха сигарет поставил 9 из 10. Не горела лампа в коридоре, но это не минус, это расходный, который меняется быстро. Пешком думаю будет добраться трудно, но это думаю другая история...
