Fantastic new centre apartment

Convinient and comfortable.

Pros: Sleek and fully equipped apartment in superb location—close to a huge park yet not far away from the city center. Self-check-in. The host was swift and accommodated our schedule for payment collection (cash). The bed is a haven!

Cons: all is good

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment, new and comfortable furniture, convenient location, very quiet

Cons: We didn't like the contact with the owner. We arrived very late and really tired, we wanted to check in quickly. Instead, we stood under the house and asked the owner to send us instructions. But in the afternoon we sent him a message, to which he did not respond during the day.

Stayed during EHF. Good restaurants and nightlife ( Welder Pub for breakfast -diner - Live music)

Pros: A little bit of misscommunication but when in the apartment it was perfect. and below a good cafe bar

Pros: The apartment is located in a great location, very fancy place and high tech security. The place was clean, and the host great and very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Zentrumsnahe Lage, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Ruhiges Appartement im Neubau mit Balkon.

Pros: Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour une nuit, 3 personnes. L’hôte nous a accueilli très chaleureusement malgré l’heure tardive et se tenait à notre disposition si nous avions un problème quelconque. L’appartement était propre et agréable. La climatisation était très appréciable avec la chaleur !

Cons: La douche s’évacue très mal, et au bout de quelques minutes le sol se remplit et inonde littéralement toute la salle de bain, malgré ce petit soucis je ne vois pas d’autre problème.

Pros: Удобная квартира в новом комплексе с отличным ремонтом и очень удобной кроватью. Близко от центра. Хороший вид с балкона. Пет-френдли. Есть все необходимое.

Cons: Не было предоставлено место на подземном паркинге, указанном в описании. Однако, мест на парковке возле дома хватало.

Это место нам понравилось. И хозяин скорее всего милый, но немного надо поработать над уровнем сервиса и общением с клие

Pros: Прекрасная квартира в новом современном здании; квартира на 4 этаже с великолепным видом на холм(парк Любович). Шум от дороги не слышен. Кухонные принадлежности в достаточном количестве, посудомоечная машина. В санузле: стиральная машина работала; сушильная машина- не смогли включить. Сушили на обычной сушке.

Cons: Не понравилось, что не было заявленного сейфа. Не было детского стульчика; не было стирального порошка. Потом сломалась входная дверь с подъезд. Мне это не понравилось совершенно, терять время, чтобы зайти в дом, да ещё и с двумя маленькими детьми- не приятно. Пришлось придумывать способы проникновения. Благо там был подземный паркинг. Заходили через него и другие подъезды. Хозяин на связь не вышел. В этом вопросе не помог. Мы останавливались на пять ночей- было два рулона туалетной бумаги. Это странно, как минимум. Хотелось бы видеть одноразовые наборы с зубной щёткой и пастой, например. Всё-таки люксовое место.
