New York - Central Point

Amazing location and a clean apartment 😊

Pros: Great location. The apartment is located in a new building complex and there are a lot of cafes, bars, markets, and other amenities you may need. The apartment was clean, cute and spacious. It had everything you may need, from kitchen appliances to iron, hair dryer, shower gel and more. The host was amazing and always available. Would highly recommend 😊

Pros: The apartment was excellent. It is adequately equipped, and everything is new, unworn, and clean. The hosts were also excellent — well-mannered, friendly, discreet, and professional.

It was comfortable with cafes/restaurants and Mall nearby. The free parking was ~7 min walk.

Pros: It was many cafes/restaurants and the Mall nearby.

Cons: The Old Town that we saw is not a tourist place to visit.

Pros: Nice apartment located on a new development in Podgorica. We felt the apartment was more spacious than it appears on the photos. There are loads of different restaurants/cafes within walking distance.

Cons: The apartment appears to be clean, but whoever cleans the apartment needs to pay more attention to details, such as making sure there are no long hair left on the bed. You could tell the bed was freshly made, but there were long dark hair on a mattress protector and around bathroom. The shower needs fixing, as the button to switch from top shower head to the hand held is broken and the hand held shower head holder is also broken. Please note that are only minor things, the apartment as a whole is very nice.

we really liked it!

Pros: from the balcony there is a view of the mountains and neighboring houses (new blocks), parking nearby, which is also visible from the window. modern apartment with everything you need, very comfortable layout. a new house. clean and the owner of the apartment was almost always in touch, we could ask all the necessary questions and get an answer right away. there are market, cafes and restaurants downstairs, it's enough to go down to have dinner in a pleasant atmosphere.

Cons: there are no numbers on the houses and the taxi driver did not know where to drop us off. but the owner of the apartment gave us clear instructions with photos on how to find the right doors. so we quickly got our bearings. it is better to have the Internet at hand.

Pros: Nice apartment located in a modern district of Podgorica.

Cons: Contact with the owner was difficult (he has no WhatsApp number).

Practical flat

Pros: Location, clean and new flat, good internet connection (was very important for us because of work).

Cons: Parking was risky. Mostly you have to pay parking fee on the main street,but close to the flat there are parking places for free as well, but everybody was looking for place in that place. I had no problem to parking there daily, but it was risky :-)

Pros: Perfect location, new building, everything was good.

Çok beğendik

Pros: Ev çok temizdi, tüm mutfak eşyaları mevcuttu. Konumu iyi , Her yere yakın 👍 beğendik tavsiye ederiz

Чудові апартаменти з зручним розташуванням та всім необхідним для перебування.

Pros: Чиста охайна затишна квартира. Гарний район в якому є все необхідне- кафе, магазини, шопінг. Господар помешкання хороший. Є повноцінна кухня, пралка. В холодильнику був лід, що при спеці на вулиці було дуже добре. В квартирі два кондиціонери- комфортно проживати.

Cons: В душі не працював перемикач для води.
