Wonderful apartment with view in great location

Pros: Very nice apartment with an unbelievable view. Located directly on the promenade, just meters from all the restaurants and shops. It is spacious for 3, and we loved the French windows from floor to the ceiling. Very friendly owner, with good command of English

Cons: Maybe a bit loud at weekends.

Pros: Апартаменти розташовані прямо на набережній, вигляд з вікон неймовірний. Спали під шум хвиль 😊 Поряд всі зручності - магазини, ресторани.

Cons: Низькі стелі (ми високі, то нам було дещо некомфортно спочатку, та згодом привикли) Не працював сейф.

Pros: Lokacija, pogled, cistoca, ljubaznost sve odlicno.

Cons: Nedovoljno posudja za spremanje hrane, nema sretstva za higijenu i nocu je malo bucnije. Za novac koji se naplacuje treba vise brinuti o manjim stvarima.

Apartment in wunderbarer Lage mitten im touristischen Leben

Pros: Ausgezeichnete Lage unmittelbar an der Strandpromenade, mitten im touristischen Leben. Gemütliche, gut geschnittene, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. Einwandfreie Sauberkeit. Einwandfreies WLAN. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit kann, ggf. mit Hilfe der Vermieterin, mit etwas Glück arrangiert werden; sonst kostspielig.

Cons: Wir hatten die Wohnung im 1. Stock. Dort deutlicher Geruch von Gebratenem aufgrund des zur Straße offenen Grills im Restaurant unmittelbar unterhalb der Wohnung; deshalb war es erforderlich, ab dem späten Nachmittag die Fenster geschlossen zu halten. Die 2 Häuser entfernt gelegene Disko war bis weit in die Nacht sehr laut, was nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern gut zu ertragen ist. Vor diesem Hintergrund wäre eine eigene Klimaanlage im nach hinten gelegenen Schlafzimmer sinnvoll bis nötig. Safe zwar vorhanden, aber nicht einsatzbereit. Kleinere Reparaturen (Duschhalterung, Griff Nachtschränkchen) sind mit Sicherheit inzwischen erfolgt. In der Gesamtschau unseres Erachtens Hauptsaison-Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz angemessen.
