Cons: Nije mi se svidelo kupatilo zato sto nema pregradni zid nego zavesu vise je za bracne parove

Stunning apartment and location, own transport essential.

Pros: Lovely apartment with stunning views out to the Adriatic Sea and along the cost Budva. Great swimming pool and sunbathing areas/balconies. On site restaurant serving excellent food (albeit it a little pricey for family holidays). Hosts were very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and when we had some delays in returning our rental car.

Cons: Could use a few more kitchen items to make cooking at the apartment easier, i.e. wooden spoon, ladle, spatula, scissors etc. Also, please provide bedsite light in all bedrooms. A little more information on places to visit, maps etc would be helpful. We hired a car in advance so no problem for us but guests should be aware that the property is a little remote and a car is essential in order to access the apartments and get to local shops, as well as to take outings in the area, which is very mountainous and absolutely beautiful.

Pros: Amazing property, amazing terrace and view, beautiful interior design and wonderful pool

Pros: Beautiful ocean view property, spacious apartment.

Cons: Maintenance of the property seems a bit of problem, broken umbrellas next to the pool area and the bins next to the pool wasn't emptied for days.....which is a shame as it's a really nice location and view.

Pros: A very pleasant place, the stone construction gives the place an authentic charm. The staff are attentive without being intrusive. The three swimming pools are never crowded, and it is often possible to swim in complete tranquility. The view of the Adriatic Sea is splendid and the sunsets are magnificent. The “Casa Mia” restaurant in the middle of the facilities is a highlight. The cuisine is of high quality and the owner and staff are attentive to guests and happy to share their pride and love for their work.

Pros: Lovely apartament with stunning view. Swimming pools clean and convenient to use.

Heavenly views

Pros: Tasteful and spacious apartment, with amazing 180° views of the sea. The pool is large and never felt busy, and also has stunning views. It was definitely worth being out of a town for the peace and sea views. Having Casa Mia restaurant downstairs is great. An option for lunch or dinner (you need to reserve a day or so ahead) and you can take cocktails to the pool or your room! Never a problem parking. Kitchen has everything (including an oven) if you want to eat in. Having a washing machine was also handy.

Cons: Very little to fault, but it would have been nice to have been provided with pool towels.

Amazing holiday

Pros: We've had an amazing time at Olive Resort. The studio was spacious, very clean and modern. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Great location, close to many top places to visit in Montenegro like Sveti Stefan or Skadar Lake. Next door restaurant with great food. Two swimming pools with nice view, perfect for kids to have fun. Would highly recommend. 😊

Cons: car is a must kitchen wasn't equipped enough

Overall a property that could be easily 9.4,but due to already mentioned drawbacks,it could realistically be rated ~8.

Pros: The property has a nice big terrace,which has an amazing view! The infinity pool is great too. The apartment is really spacious.

Cons: The property and pool lacked cleanliness,kitchen and the dishes were not properly washed too. The frying pans were heavily used and worn out, and should be replaced. There is a cool guy who was welcoming us,but other than that there is nobody who would take of anything (towels had to be changed every 3 days,but they were not). There was a party in the restaurant (there was some noise) and after it we found pieces of glass around and in the pool in the morning,nobody noticed only after we told the guy, who promised to clean the pool from inside,but nothing was done,so we had to to do it ourselves.
