Big room, nice terrace, good location + parking

Pros: The room was spacious and clean, with a nice terrace with a sea view. The kitchen was on the terrace, so it was a very nice spot where to have breakfast. The parking was very useful, as it's normally not easy to find a parking spot in Petrovac.

Cons: The bathroom was not very big, which is not a big problem (especially for just one night!), but there's not much space where to put your own stuff/toiletries. In the morning in the bathroom there was a strange smell, as of dampness. But again, not a big deal. There are many cats around the place, which most people would love… in my case I wasn't so enthusiastic because I'm slightly allergic to cats, and they keep trying to get inside the room. You just have to pay attention and never leave the door open when you're sitting on the terrace.

Pros: The apartment is really close to the sea. The way back is uphill, but actually, it can be seen as a nice bonus after a hearty meal. The host, Stefan, was very welcoming – he met us, explained everything. Many thanks to him!

Cons: My suggestion as a guest would be to have a separate lockable cupboard for cutlery, since the kitchen is outdoors and there are many cats walking on the tables, the stove, etc. At the moment, the cutlery is just kept on an open shelf. It wasn’t very pleasant to see fur on the forks, so a closed cupboard would help keep everything tidier. Also, there was often an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. But I believe this is not an issue with the apartment itself, rather a problem of the whole building.

Amazing

Pros: The apartments are exceptional. Very modern, clean, and well looked after. The location is a 5 minute walk down stairs to the beach. The host was great. Very friendly and accomodating. We were very sad to leave. We loved this accomodation.

Exception experience, really our time in Petrovac an absolute dream!

Spectacular Views and Impeccable Details

Pros: The panoramic sea views were absolutely stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The apartment itself is well-equipped, with every comfort thoughtfully considered. The outdoor kitchen, was a standout feature – a lovely spot to enjoy meals with a view. The location is ideal—just a short stroll to the main beach, and for those who love to explore, a picturesque hiking route leads you to the beautiful beaches of Perazica Do and Lucice (20 min). What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with touches that reflect the rich local history and culture, making it feel like a true home away from home. It’s a peaceful haven, perfect for recharging while still being close to everything you need. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a charming, serene retreat!

Pros: Location is great, around 5-7 mins walk to the beach . Apartment has a lot of space, nice terrace where you can have nice meal. Clean, nice, with AC. Host is extremely friendly and nice, was very easy to check in, also got help with parking. I can fully recommend to stay here, I would love to come back!

Lovely apartment

Pros: Loved this property, the inside is very unique and nicely decorated. It’s clean and comfortable. Short walk to the main area, host very responsive and welcoming

Cons: Nothing the property itself was perfect, but we didn’t like the cats that come onto the property
