Good and nice apartment in a really quiet location, far from people

Pros: All in all, we were satisfied. There are several things, which could be improved, but it is worth, especially if you compare the price to the value. The apartment is in a really quiet location, far from main roads or neighbors. If you want piece, here you will have. The owners are really friendly and helpful and the terrace is excellent.

Cons: I would like to emphasize, that it is worth the money, but there are a couple of weaknesses: - From the main road it is about 14+ mins drive, which means a sinlge-lane road in the forest and if someone comes across, one of you will have to stop. Wherever you go, you have to go on that road, so it means daily 2x14+ mins travelling. First time we could find the apartment only with the owner's help. - They say the apartment is 85 square meter. In fact it is cca 38. (It is a triangle: 6 m wide and 6,2 m long including the internal walls.) And there is a terrace, which means +10 sqm. The whole apartment is much smaller than expected based on the data, but it is way enough for a couple. I would not recommend it for 4 people, the sofa in the living room is not for sleeping, - The mattresses are very very uncomfortable. They are too old, used and after a couple of hours there is a hole in the middle. Both of us had backpain after 2-3 days. - Some of the former guests smoked in the apartment. There was a very heavy smell of cigarette smoke. After using incenses for 2-3 days, you still could smell, but it was acceptable. - Marco, the owner was there only in the weekend (lives in the basement), he is very polite and helpful, but if he is there, you can hear him snoring. :) - There are mosquito nets everywhere, but in the bedroom it is torn to pieces. It is not recommended to open the windows there in the evening.

Pros: Реально место для тех кто ищет покой от городской суеты. В окружении леса. Соседи на приличном расстоянии и кажется, что их нет вовсе. Владелец Марко очень дружелюбен и отзывчив. Делал все что бы наш отдых был комфортным. Марко оказался не просто хорошим человеком. а еще и отличный повар. Приготовленная им рыба и гарнир выше всех похвал. Смело рекомендую обратиться к Марко если вы не любите или не хотите готовить во время вашего отдыха. Мы провели две великолепные недели в Holiday Home Apartment у Марко. Вид с террасы очень красив))

Cons: К пляжу нужно пройтись. Лучше на авто)) Но если вы любите гулять пешком - это не проблема.

Calme. Belle vue et belle terrasse. Plantes et verdure.

Pros: Hôte accueillant. Jardin et les plantes. Vue sur mer. Calme.

Cons: Rien a dire.

Pros: Csodálatos kilátás. Nagyon kedves házigazda. Nyugalmas helyen lévő szállás.

Vue incroyable

Pros: Marco, notre hôte est vraiment quelqu'un adorable, très accueillant et toujours disponible. La vue de la terrasse sur la baie de Kotor est incroyable. L'appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel. Petite précision. Marco a oublié de préciser sur booking qu'il y a un parking et la wifi qui fonctionne très bien. Merci Marco pour ton accueil

Pros: Apartman se nalazi na poziciji sa neverovatnim pogledom. Veoma je čist i opremljen novim nameštajem sa svim sitnicama koje vam mogu zatrebati tokom boravka. Brzi wifi, klima (koja nije ni potrebna s obzirom da se nalazite na brdu okruženi zelenilom, terasa.... Domaćin više nego ljubazan, osećali smo se kao kod svoje kuće...

Pros: Superbe logement avec une vue splendide sur la mer, la terrasse est très agréable. Cuisine très bien équipée. Notre hôte nous a très bien reçu. La literie était très confortable. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Cons: Un panneau indicatif pourrait être mis à l'entrée afin de trouver l'emplacement plus facilement.

Pros: Siamo stati 10 giorni in questa casa. Un posto meraviglioso che non scorderemo così in fretta. La casetta é in mezzo ad una vegetazione bassa e fitta e ci vuole la macchina per arrivare alle spiagge bei dintorni. Altrimenti si arriva ad una spiaggia molto bella facendo una camminata di mezz'ora ca. La casa ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere le vacanze e la sera offre dei tramonti mozzafiato. Il proprietario é una persona molto gentile e lo ringraziamo ancora per averci regalato dei giorni bellissimi.
