An amazing homely apartment

Pros: The property is located in a residential neighbourhood, 15-20 mins walk from old town/ 25-30 mins walk from bus stop. The apartment is beautifully decorated and maintained. It gives a perfect home vibes. All the necessary amenities are available and communication with the host was easy.

Pros: We stayed at Nina’s place in Kotor and couldn’t have asked for anything better: the apartment was perfect, clean and well-maintained, just a few steps from the sea and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal for exploring the area and enjoying the stunning views of the bay. Nina was an exceptional host, always kind and helpful, ready to give us useful tips and assist us whenever needed. Highly recommended!

Pros: Amazing apartment with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable and homely. Welcome food and drinks left for my arrival. Aircon and fan were a godsend! Only a sort walk to old town and sea front. The hosts were very helpful and kind.

Pros: Perfectly equipped apartment. There was ham, schnapps, and wine in the fridge. Kind, helpful owner. The Montenegrin girls solve all problems.

Pros: Apartment is amazing with free parking . 5 minutes walking from beach and 10 minutes from old town . There was nothing i could complain in this apartment. Host was very helpful and nice. Definitely will come back 10 out of 10.

Pros: It was one of the most beautiful houses I have ever stayed in. The house had everything we were looking for (including a cocktail shaker). It was an extraordinarily beautiful house. If I come to Kotor again, I will never look elsewhere, I will stay here directly.

Cons: Finding the house was not easy. The landlord should have shared with us how we could find the house in more detail, with photos.

Good sized apartment with some extras

Pros: The apartment was very large and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay in Kotor. The owners were great to work with and went out of their way to pick me up from the bus station and also provided several different complimentary beverages in the refrigerator which were a nice touch! The owner also helped me carry my heavy bag up six flights of stairs which was really helpful in the heat. As a constant traveler, these touches are super appreciated. There was laundry and detergent provided and a nice balcony with a drying rack as well. The AC worked well, but do be aware that it is not in the bedroom, but with the help of a fan, it stayed cool enough on 40 degree days. Wifi worked well and bathroom was large with good lighting.

Cons: The mattress was a little soft for me, but that is of course a personal preference. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment from the street, so not for anyone who struggles with mobility. It is also not in the center of town, but close enough to the beach and restaurants (7 min) and about 15-18ish min walk to the old town.

Pros: Konforluydu özgürdük çeşitli içecekler ve su bırakılmıştı. Kullanmanız gerekecek her şey mevcuttu.

Cons: Geç saatte vardık, evi bulmakta zorlandık arka taraftaymış. Ev genel haliyle temizdi ama bazı saçlar kalmıştı. Park yerleri dolmuştu saatten dolayı. Erken varmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Pros: Eine Wohnung komplett ausgestattet mit allem, old style

Wunderschönes Quartier. Super für Kotor Aufenthalt. Auch für 2 Personen

Pros: Das Quartier ist einfach perfekt. Grundsätzlich leicht zu finden, mit dem Motorrad hatte ich jedoch einige Probleme. Im Bad ist sogar eine Badewanne, die ich nach 1 Woche mit dem Motorrad sehr genossen habe!

Cons: Im Booking.com stand, dass sich das Quartier um die Bezahlung kümmert. Ich dachte, das Geld wäre überwiesen und fuhr ohne Geld zu hinterlassen ab. Zumal niemand anwesend war. Dies führte zu einem Missverständnis und ein bisschen ungutem Feeling. Ich bin kein Betrüger und auch kein Zechpreller, und ich mag es nicht, wenn mich jemand so hinstellt. Hab das Geld dann sofort überwiesen, hat mir aber einige Urlaubstage Ärger bereitet! Am Quartier selbst ist nichts auszusetzen!
