Sunny Hill - Parking - Fenced Garden - Luxury Loft

Amazing place, awesome host!

Pros: Olija and family were lovely hosts. She was proactively available before checking in and even though we arrived late in the evening she came in, handed over keys and recommended some nice places to visit. The location is nestled close to Kotor and just a short drive to Budva. The loft itself was spotless, really comfy and great value for money. Can’t recommend this place (and Olija!) enough. Thanks again for everything Olija, till we see you again!

Pros: A beautiful apartment located between Budva and Kotor. The apartment had everything we needed. Hot water was always available. Every room has air conditioning, and the coolness in the August heat was wonderful. The hosts were very helpful and kind. They immediately provided an item we forgot to bring. Since we couldn't find the apartment from the location, they even picked us up from our location. Thank you for everything.

The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive from the most beautiful spots along the coast. The apartment was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The terrace offered breathtaking views – the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions or offer local recommendations. Everything went smoothly during our stay, and we would absolutely love to come back in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in this stunning part of Montenegro!

Pros: Very comfortable in a very good price! Also in a good position for reaching all sights easily! Around ten minutes from everything...! 😄 All people there fantastic! Helpful and kind! We will surely come back again!

Cons: For our situation.... Nothing wrong!

Pros: I'm absolutely delighted! The house itself is wonderful: spacy, cozy, very well-organized, and each detail is at its place. The interior is stylish and brand-new. The bed is very comfortable, it provides the perfect rest! I'm a light-sleeper, but I could sleep peacefully. The kitchen is fully-equipped as mine own :) Everything is so clean! For me it's really important, because I'm allergic to many things. We also liked the backyard with comfy garden chairs, pots with flowers. The real treasure is the host family. Many thanks for their care! I hope we'll come back!

Cons: The only thing, that isn't related with the house directly, is rare airplanes. They don't fly at night, btw. I hope, airplanes won't spoil your vacantion.

Pros: 1. Extremely nice and charming hosts. They went out of their way and met us at a different location, because we couldn’t find the booking, and showed us the way. 2. The location is great! Don’t get scared of the road there (it’s like a 1 minute drive up a hill), because at the end - a real paradise awaits you. 3. The house is new, impeccably clean and has everything you may need for a longer stay. 4. The beds are extremely comfortable! We slept like babies after a long road. (+ It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood) 5. The patio is beautiful! There’s a cute swing and an egg chair! + a very cute kitty outside.

Cons: Everything was perfect. We are sad we couldn’t stay longer.

Pros: The house was very clean and neat. There was enough space for a family. The owners were so kind and understandful. The house is located between Kotor and Budva and enables you to visit both cities. We enjoyed our trip a lot and had a great time as a family. Would recommend.
