Spectacular views!

Pros: The views are spectacular! The place is close to Kotor but not in the centre which is great if you want peace and relax after long day of sightseeing. Apartment is suitable for 4-6 people. The staff was helpful and very nice.

Cons: Clothes automatic dryer didn’t work.

a spacious and well-located apartment with beautiful views

Pros: I liked the apartment – it’s very spacious, has a beautiful view, and the owners are really nice. It’s located in a quiet area, yet still close to the city center (about 10 minutes by car). Unfortunately, a new building is being constructed right in front of it, but even so, the view remains spectacular. The apartment is equipped with almost everything you need, including a washing machine, clothes dryer, and dishwasher. Although we didn’t find any laundry detergent, we messaged the owners and they helped us very quickly. There are no mosquito screens on the windows, so quite a few mosquitoes got in, but again, the owners were very kind and immediately bought mosquito repellents for us. They also provide a water dispenser, which they replace as soon as it runs out. In addition, they cook tasty meals (such as pizza and pasta) that you can enjoy right in your room.

Cons: There weren’t necessarily things I didn’t like, but there are definitely a few aspects that could be improved: \t•\tIt would be great to have a coffee machine. The coffee provided in the apartment, which we made in a pot, was old and had a strange taste. \t•\tI couldn’t find a hair dryer. It’s possible there was one, but I couldn’t locate it anywhere. I didn’t ask because I didn’t urgently need it, but I think it’s something that should definitely be available. \t•\tMosquito screens are a must. \t•\tIt would be nice to have bedside lamps in the bedroom — it’s quite annoying to have to get out of bed just to turn off the main light before going to sleep. \t•\tThe apartment could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly — for example, the shelves in the bedroom wardrobes (where you place your clothes) hadn’t been wiped. \t•\tThe furniture was quite old, and the kitchen furniture in particular felt a bit flimsy.

Worth -it

Pros: Owner is very helpful and friendly. Spacious and with air condition. Has a lovely view of montenegro.

Cons: I think downside is taxi are fully booked during peak season (so transport is challenging) and It’s 1 hour walk to city center. 6-10 min by car.

Incredible

Pros: Almost everything.. very clean and organize. Nice view. It’s huge perfect for family or group of friends, everything you need is in there.

Cons: Nothing. It’s just that it’s really hard to get taxi going to the town. But if you get in touch with the owner, She will help you get taxi going anywhere.

Pros: Awesome scenery from the balcony over the Kotor bay! Very clean and spacious apartment. Friendly host and she answered to all the questions very quickly.

Pros: Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. Amazing view on Kotor Bay. Big balcony. Host Zorica is a very nice person. She gave us lots of information about the local area. I would recommend these apartments.

Round trip in Montenegro, 3 days in Kotor

Pros: Awesome view from the Apartment. The Apartment has 3 rooms which are very comfortable, 2 Bathrooms and a kitchen. Even we had a car we drove to the old town of Kotor by Taxi because there are no much parking options, the Taxi picked us at the Apartment up and cost no more than 10€. The Host Family is very kind and they help immediately if you need something. We loved this place. Perast is only 30 Minutes by car. Very recommended

Cons: For cooking we had only one very old pan. The rest was fine.

Pros: The view is simply amazing! We couldn't leave this balcony! The location is a bit far from the city center but worth it for the view. The owner is very kind, the apartment has a washing machine, a dryer, dishwasher etc. we had a great time there.

Cons: The kitchen is a bit old No hand towels at the kitchen No bins in the bath rooms

We discovered a gem in Kotor

Pros: We visited Kotor in July 2023 and it was an extraordinary super hot week. Flat has air conditioning and we never suffered the heat inside. The location was absolutely superb! Day and night, the view from the balcony was just breathtaking. Rooms are spacious and the flat was very clean. Flat has all you need, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and a water cooler. Only thing missing was a microwave Zorica and Djordie were so helpful and accommodating, helped us booking trips, calling doctors and advising us on places to go. We had fresh eggs from their farm. Yiu can also ordered food from them, fresh caught bbq fish and chicken, both with amazing potatoes
