Pros: Great location, great value for money. Close to the old citadel, but far enough from the main street which is chaotic especially in the summer. Parking spot on location, which is a huge bonus. large apartment, can easily accommodate 4-5 people. quiet and nice location. nice and helping host.
Cons: The water heater is insufficient for two people to take showers one after another. Even for one person, the hot water was not enough to take a proper shower. In the summertime, taking a cold shower can be ok, but in the winter it's a bit of a problem. An upgrade to the water heater is necessary.

Pros: The property feels well maintained and comfortable. I liked the location and the quiet surroundings… and amazing view.
Cons: Heating was only available through the AC, which wasn’t ideal, but the space was generally warm enough.

Pros: Easy walk into old town, scenic views day and night
Cons: The hot water in taps were not working . It was explained that works locally had reduced the water pressure thus unable to heat up. Shower was hot

Amazing!
Pros: The view from the balcony was amazing. The host was really friendly and accessible. Great facilities and snacks were appreciated. Quiet neighbourhood and only a short walk to Kotor.
Cons: Part of the road to Kotor has no pavements and you have to walk on the road. Not the hosts fault though.

Nice view on Kotor
Pros: View from the balcony on Old town Kotor ist stunning (if no cruise ship blocks the view…). Really nice landlady. Spacey apartment. Includes everything you need. Close to but not in Kotor. It is a foot walk of 15-20 mins. Could park your car directly at the house.
Cons: Not much to criticise - the apt could youse a bit of a refresh. But nothing that did affect our stay.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The view from the window was absolutely stunning – overlooking the sea, majestic mountains, and the charming architecture of Kotor. Inside, the apartment was perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay – clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us really warm and even left us some lovely local treats, which made us feel very welcome. Above all, the kindness and friendliness of the hostess made this stay truly memorable. She was always available, helpful, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our time. I would gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Pros: The owner is a fantastic nice person that treats you like a true guest. Can't say enough good things about her. The view from the deck is outstanding. If I'm ever in Kotor again, z this is the only place in looking at staying.

A charming well equipped apartment with outstanding views. A great base to explore the area.
Pros: The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed and had fantastic views across the water to the old town. It was great to have a parking space, and the old town was a short walk away. Our host was very friendly and welcoming.

The view made the apartment, friednly host who got back to messages promptly - beuatiful country.
Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful, wonderful view from the balcony, easy walk into the walled city, good wifi. I would reccomend and stay again.
Cons: Pillows were a little hard for me. The taxi driver didnt know the apartments and couldnt find it, it would be helpful if the host puts on the instructions to head for the other apartments, which the txi driver knew, and then go up the steep hill. we only got there by calling and asking her to speak to the driver. Limited cutlery, not a problem as we ate out but could be if you wanted to eat in.
