Great place to stay near the city

Pros: Very nice apartments, had everything we needed here, large rooms and well equipped for our stay. Really well built rooms too, very quiet (can’t hear neighbours for e.g.). Hosts are very welcoming and nice, attention to details was top notch. Great place to stay and visit Kotor and surroundings, ask the owners for tips like good beaches, you will get good ones for sure.

Great experience in a luxury apartment

Pros: Very clean apartment, lot of space and very well equipped. The family renting the apartment was very kind and always checking with us if everything is ok, if we need anything else. I was impressed to find even small things like sugar, salt, pepper, coffee and oil including everything you needed to clean up the kitchen and wash the dishes.

luxurious stay with well equipped apartment

Pros: the apartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped, with laundry, cooking, coffee making facilities. spacious living room with TV and great wifi. location is very good, slightly out of the city centre but not a problem if you have a car, plus there is free parking. amazing pool downstairs, very peaceful atmosphere. we had a comfortable stay overall.

Cons: instruction manual for the apartment is too long - i would suggest to shorten the check in instructions to make it easy for future guests to read only stairs in the building, no lift the bedroom is not very well ventilated (no aircon) but a fan is provided shower soap refill was provided upon request - but they did not help to put it into the soap dispenser, hence we had to use straight from the refill bottle on the floor no coffee filter paper provided

Cozy nice flat

Pros: The interior is beautiful, the apart.is spacious, there is everything you might need. The host is friendly and supportive, always available. Comfortable bed, nice pool.

Cons: Drain smell in the bathroom and poor wi fi

Pros: The apartment was gorgeous. So beautiful and clean. The pool was lovely. It was perfect and you cannot fault anything about the apartment at all. So modern and we really enjoyed our stay. The lovely lady taking care of the apartments was so kind to us and helped us with everything we needed to know. Thank you!

Cons: I cannot fault the apartments. But I do suggest you have a car to stay here. We thought getting around in taxis would be OK but in peak summer it was hard to get reliable taxis to the apartment and when they did turn up, they wanted to charge double. Dare to dream (third party company managing the bookings) were not helpful at all. They quoted us double price with every taxi and when we questioned this, they told us to book our own!! Make sure you have a car so you don't need to rely on dare to dream.

Pros: The location it's perfect, next to everything any tourist can get. We stayed 7 days and the building was clean, nice smell no insects the people were very kind and nice with us. It's apartment means no room service or breakfast.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and furnished to a very high standard. Lovely terrace with great views. Nice small pool and loungers with plenty of shade. Well located for Kotor. Everything provided, washing machine in the bathroom, kitchen well equipped, nice tv, plenty of hot water in the nice shower. etc

Pros: This place is very well located (we had a rental car so it was easy for us) and has everything you need. The apartment is new and clean. The owners were very kind and attentive to make sure that everything was okay. We warmly thank them for their availability. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to Kotor and away from the crowds at the same time!

Great homebase to explore Kotor and the surrounding area.

Pros: When driving up to the appartment the surroundings might be not what you expected but what a great appartment it is. Fully equiped with a great balcony/terace to enjoy the sunset. The pool is a bit small but perfect to cool off in after a day away. Location just outside Kotor next to the tunnel to Kotor which supposed to be very busy at times but we haven't witnessed that. Great other places a driving distance away. Appartment owner who lives at the back of the building is great and very helpfull. Communication with rental agency went perfect. Wifi is perfect

Cons: An aircon unit in the bedroom would make it perfect.

Lovely host and great, modern apartment!

Pros: Loved the communication - all the information were sent upfront, there was no questions at all. Host was amazing, super nice and welcoming personality. Apartment itself was super clean and super modern. Loved the experience and would always recommend it / come back! For those driving with cars, location is great as it is quite close to Kotor city center.

Cons: Overall, I liked the apartment and hosting quite a lot! I'd just point out that on pictures pool looks bigger then it actually is :)
