Absolutely recommend.

Pros: Newly built villa with AC and all needed amenities. Very spacious and clean. And the cherry on top is the fantastic view on the Kotor bay and Tivat. Lovely host, thank you 😊

Cons: Very steep and narrow road to the villa. But you get used to it after couple rides. Car is must.
