Pros: I liked the clealiness of the room and the clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. I will definetly come back again.

Perfect location and comfort.

Pros: Perfect! Room is great and extremely clean, host was clear and responsive. Great location, you can easily get to the old town by walk and if you like to explore further you parking for your car.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros: We were met in the lobby and given the keys easily. Room was very clean and felt well looked after. Shower was excellent, powerful and hot. Kitchen had two pans and four of everything else so everything we needed. And a kettle. Washing machine was very handy and there was a drying rack too. Fresh towels every other day by cheerful staff. Nothing bad to say :) 2 mins walk to supermarket and bakery. :)

Take a best opportunity in Budva.

Pros: A very friendly welcome with simple check-in formalities. Kind and flexible administrator offering valuable touristic information. Very modern room, spotless cleaning, close to a supermarket and various shops. The beach/sea/promenade is 25 min walk and ends further on with the old town and the beautiful Mogren beach. A most recommended stay in Budva from my side.

Pros: We stayed in these apartments for a few days. Very clean — 10/10, with great water pressure. Towels were changed daily and the trash was taken out. The kitchen is small, but the bed is wonderful — extremely comfortable. A big plus is the private parking. Noise travels easily, but we were lucky with the neighbors.

All in all we had a great time there, we were satisfied with the apartment.

Pros: The owner is really helpful and kind, when we needed something, he helped us fastly. The building was modern, everything was new there.

Cons: Sadly there were so many ants in our room, we did not understand where they came from, because the room was clean absolutely. And it was a bit far from the old town, but it is as far as written in the description.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and had a great experience. The location is very convenient—it’s close to the market, which made it easy to get everything I needed. The hotel was clean throughout my stay, and I didn’t encounter any issues at all. Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Pros: Apartment was very clean and new. Elevator. Host was very helpful and easily reached. He helped us get a taxi to the bus station. Very close to large supermarket and a couple of good restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to downtown and old town. Quiet. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioner/heater. Small balcony but nice to sit out and have coffee. Close to bus station.

Cons: Fridge didn’t have a freezer. No bath mat. A soap dispenser in shower would have been nice.

Pros: Excellent apartments, even better than in the photo. It turned out that the kitchen set is larger than stated (has a place for cooking). The owner responds quickly, did the registration for us. Very clean. I liked everything

Cons: There was a slight lack of kitchen utensils: a vegetable grater, a large frying pan, a meat shovel. The floors were very cold, and there were no slippers. There was a lack of a bath mat and washing powder. We asked the owner for all this, he said he would look, but never brought it. But these are all minor things, as for me, it's a 9 out of 10 apartment. I recommend it!
