Pros: Месторасположение ближе к горам, так и хотели. Квартира в пятиэтажном доме, вид прекрасный, новое строительство, все необходимое для проживания есть.

Cons: Ванная комната требует небольшого ремонта. душевая кабинка выглядит плохо. Кран в умывальнике течет.
