Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Budva! The apartment was spacious and comfortable, very clean and well‑maintained. The owner is friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The location is perfect – just a 5‑minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

It was very good. Good location with good neighbours. The apartment was full and it fell like home.

Pros: The host was very nice, the apartment is not far away from the beach, it had all stuff a home needs. It was cozy, comfortable and very silent.

Хороший район и квартира

Pros: 1. Прекрасный район. Рекомендую район Вельи Винограды для размещения в Будве. Можно дойти пешком до Старого города и Бечичи. Рядом много магазинов. Дорога на пляж через комплекс Словенска Ривьера очень живописна. Рядом автобусная остановка на Свети Стефан и Петровац. 2. Хозяева организовали раннее заселение и разрешили позже выехать без дополнительной платы. Спасибо большое, было очень удобно! 3. Хозяин помог с регистрацией в туристической организации по приезде, несмотря на определенные трудности, которые у него возникли. 4. Квартира довольно удобная, есть много мелочей, которые могут использовать гости (пляжные подстилки, дождевики, средства от комаров). 5. Два балкона. Возможность сквозного проветривания, что уменьшает необходимость пользоваться кондиционером.

Cons: Дом довольно старый, Югославский. Это не минус, просто нужно иметь в виду. Хотелось бы, чтобы была посудомоечная машина, но о ее отсутствии честно написано на сайте. Не очень хорошо работает слив на кухне и свет. Думаю, хозяева легко это исправят.

Ein schöne, saubere und komfortable Ferienwohnung in einer sehr guten Lage für Budva. Perfekt für Familien.

Pros: Die Lage des Apartments liegt sehr gut. Supermarkt, Bäcker und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man für einen Aufenthalt im Urlaub so benötigt. Der Gastgeber hat uns swhr nett in Empfang genommen.
