Pros: I stayed in the apartment for seven days. Towels were changed and trash was cleaned daily. The room was good for the price. The room had everything you need: dishes, kettle, fridge, towels, mirror and air conditioning. There was also a TV and an iron, but I didn't use them. My room also had an atmospheric balcony terrace overlooking the palm trees in the yard. It's 10 minutes from the bus station and also close to the sea, beaches, grocery stores, market, pharmacies, and everything you need. The Old Town is also not too far away. I mostly visited Mogren Beach, which took me a 20-25 minute walk. Thanks for the good accommodation! When you want to register at the tourist agency and paying the tourist tax, not by your own, ask the hosts through Booking.com for a receipt. The host, nice old lady, doesn't speak English, which caused some misunderstandings, she understands Russian a bit.
Cons: as a wish, which does not affect my rating, since the item is not essential: a better hairdryer

Convenient Location with Great Service!
Pros: The host was fantastic—always available, very responsive to our questions, and even recommended the best beaches to visit. Super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to the beach, market, several grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and even a mall. Parking and laundry on-site were a real bonus, making our stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. Everything we needed was close by, which made our trip easy and enjoyable.

Pros: The house was very clean. Building rather modern, nice garden with private parking on site. Staff very friendly. Location good, close to everything.
Cons: Some noise from the street traffic which is absolutely normal in Budva!

good but..
Pros: the room is in a relatively good location, has private parking and a small balcony with a mountain view. The hostess was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The amenities are less than basic: there wasn't even soap in the bathroom!! In addition, for the first time I happened to have only one towel for each of us! as for the kitchen equipment, it is limited to two plates, two cups and two glasses! Finally, the room was on the second floor without an elevator, something to be aware of if you have difficulty with stairs.

Great apartment
Pros: Great location, very clean and comfortable! This had everything we needed for our 1 night in Budva. Walking distance to bus station and to the old town where there is also a nice beach. We were able to check in early which was perfect for us as we arrived in the morning.

Very good value for money
Pros: The apartment is in a very convenient location. It is close to the beach, shops, a market, and a pharmacy. The apartment has its own parking space.
Cons: It is not suitable for people who are bothered by street noise such as the sounds of cars, motorcycles, etc.
