Nice place for a family stay

Pros: very good place and solicitous owner. Best sea view I have ever had, you can see the whole bay from your big balcony on the 6th floor of the building. The apartment has everything you need for a living and for a rest: any dishes, towels, clear linen, washing machine and a dishwasher, and all the accessories (detergents, spices for a kooking, kofe and other useful stuff), even a beach toys for a kids. It was a beautiful week.

Pros: The apartment is very nicely decorated with a large comfortable couch and an beautiful view of the sea. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The location can’t be beat, directly above a shopping mall that includes a grocery store and pharmacy, and only a few minutes walk to the old town. Lots of restaurants around. Owner was quickly responsive when something required his attention.

Cons: The orientation to the building and apartment (provided by a member of the owner’s family) was rushed and we were not told how to re-enter the building after the mall closed, nor were we told that it would take at least 10 minutes of running water in the sinks and shower to get hot water. Also be prepared that there are no toiletries provided other than some liquid hand soap in the sink.

Pros: Very friendly host, clean apartment equipped with everything you wish for (washing mashine, iron, oven, microwave, hot tub, aircon...etc)! the market is near the back entrance! The old town is nearby (7-8 min walk), private beach at 4 min walk time! Very good value for the money, 10/10!

Pros: Чисто, прекрасный вид из окна! Апартаменты над торговым центром; магазины и несколько разных продуктовых внизу. Кафешки в 1 минуте. В кафе cups продают raf 💖 В квартире много игр для детей и даже ведерко с лопатками. Два (!) туалета ! Один с ванной, другой с душевой. Детская площадка в 2 минутах ходьбы, море в 4. Прекрасный хозяин. Если ещё раз приедем то только в эту квартиру!

Modern apartment in the best location with astonishing view.

Pros: Pretty nice equipped apartment. That has literally everything required even for a long stay. The location is amazing. And the most remembered this is astonishing sea view from a large terrace. All photos just show everyone as it is.

Pros: Замечательные апартаменты в центральной части Будвы на второй линии от моря, в спокойном месте, но с прекрасным видом на море! В апартаментах две спальни (одна со своей ванной и гардеробной), два санузла, просторная гостиная совмещенная с кухней и фишка - огромный балкон с чудесным видом на Адриатику! Общая площадь номера более ста квадратных метров, здесь спокойно разместятся 5-6 человек вместе с детьми, все необходимое для проживания есть. В этом же здании на первом этаже находится крупнейший торговый центр Будвы и популярное в городе кафе, напротив входа в подъезд - супермаркет. Этот дом в 5 минутах от береговой линии и старого города. По отдельной договоренности с хозяином - он организовал нам трансфер из аэропорта Тивата, встретил на месте, передал ключи. Все было превосходно! Буду рекомендовать друзьям!

Cons: Недалеко от нас был капитальный ремонт дороги, но, думаю, что его скоро завершат - было немного неудобно объезжать этот участок, но шума никакого не было. И в качестве пожелания - было бы хорошо иметь в ванной гель для душа и шампунь)) наш за время путешествия уже закончился. Все остальное - было прекрасно!
