Super good apartment

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable with all you need for cooking. There is even a dishwasher. The place is clear and cozy. Also apartment has a working place equipped with a table and comfortable computer chair. Very cool!

Fantastic place to stay for an extended visit to Budva

Pros: Incredibly clean, fresh and bright. Easy walk into the centre whilst being nice and quiet. Host was extremely friendly and helpful and was there waiting with keys and introduction to the property. Everything you need for a short, or long, stay - would recommend.

Pros: A lovely apartment. Pleasant. Clean. Equipped well. Has everything you need. The owner is very helpful, friendly and available. I totally recommend!

Would stay here again!!

Pros: The host was SO nice! He let me check in early which I appreciated as I had traveled all night and was excited to relax. Wonderful wifi, i had an actual desk and office chair which was so great as I work remotely! Huge nice shop down the hill, beach is about 15-20min walk, very easy to get there. The apartment was bright and clean, the kitchen has everything you need for your stay and all modern! The building is new, modern, quiet, comfortable bed, great washer, the shower had excellent water pressure!! The host was so nice it was raining when I checked out and he was nice enough to give me a ride to the bus station, much appreciated!

Cons: Nothing to complain, if you have mobility issues the apartment is on a slight hill but it really isnt that bad

Pros: Absolutely everything, the apartment has everything you need. The owners are for every deal, for every recommendation.

Pros: The apartment is packed with everything you'll ever need: from washing powder to a dishwasher, coffee and a sewing kit (no joking)! The host is super helpful and kind, met me at the bus station. The rooms are cozy, nice and spacious, equipped with modern furniture. The building itself is quite fresh.

Cons: You'll have a view straight on the windows of the neighboring building (under construction now). And the sound isolation is poor so I heard people speaking with each other in the next apartment (but they were responsible ones and stopped debates at the quiet hours 😀).

I felt like I was at home.

Pros: The best host I've ever seen. Sedat helped us get from the airport in his car to the apartment, so we didn't have to look for it on the map. The apartment had everything as in the picture, a lot of dishes, glasses, essentials, everything is very convenient. In his apartment you feel like at home, because everything that is necessary for life is in the apartment. Sedat helped us with advice and told us a lot of information about the local places. We didn't expect it, but he also helped us move to another place. We are very grateful to him and will advise all our friends to visit Budva and stay in Sedat's apartments.

Pros: Sedat Bey harika bir ev sahibi. Daireyi en ince detayına kadar düşünerek tasarlamış. Bulaşık makinesi tabletinden, makyaj temizleme mendiline kadar dairede yok yoktu. Konaklama boyunca her sorumuza anında ve detaylı bir şekilde cevap verdi. Hatta büyük bir incelik göstererek otogardan bizi arabasıyla alıp daireye götürdü. Montenegro ile ilgili bilmemiz gereken bütün detayları aktardı.

Cons: Dairenin konumu Old Town'a birazcık uzak kalıyor. Bizim gibi yürümeyi sevenler için sorun edilecek bir mesafe değil ama.

Odličan izbor za boravak u Budvi

Pros: Domacin je vrlo ljubazan i profesionalan. Apartman je prostran, odlično opremljen, sa udobnim krevetom i prijatnim dnevnim boravkom. Kuhinja ima sve što je potrebno za pripremu obroka. Ima terasu sa pogledom na more.

Всё отлично, не знаю даже как можно улучшить апартаменты

Pros: Симпатичные, чистые апартаменты, в которых было все необходимое. Отдельная благодарность хозяину за поздний заезд. Апартаменты соответствуют описанию. Море не совсем близко, но для меня это плюс, прогулки пешком это важно важно.

Cons: Вечером иногда много шума с улицы, но это , конечно, не зависит от владельца
