Villa Franeta Apartments

We would definitely come back again!

Pros: We had a great stay at these apartments! The place was very spacious, with two separate bedrooms and a lovely terrace — perfect for relaxing in the evening. Even though we didn’t need them, it was nice to see that the apartment was well-equipped for families with small children — there was a high chair and a baby crib available. The air conditioning worked well and made our stay very comfortable. We really appreciated the light daily cleaning, which helped keep everything tidy. And a special thank you for the treats we received — such a sweet surprise! :) The apartments are not very close to the beach, but for those who enjoy walking, it’s actually a great option — the walk is pleasant and gives you a chance to explore the area. There’s also parking available, which was very convenient for us. Highly recommend this place for both families and couples looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Cons: The only thing we missed was a microwave — it would have made the kitchen even more complete.

Amazing stay in the heart of Budva in a spacious and cozy apartment

Pros: We, a group of 4 adults, had a very cozy stay in this apartment for 3 nights. The best thing about the apartment was its very central and comfortable location. It was very close to the markets, shops, and the beach. The second perfect thing about the apartment was having two bathrooms! That was lifesaving for 4 adults, saving some time. The house was spacious, especially the living room with all the needed equipment, including a huge table, a sofa, and a nice sofa bed. We had a nice balcony as well. I highly recommend this apartment for families, and groups of friends.

Cons: Overall, we did not have any problems with the apartment. There was no elevator; we had to carry our luggage to the third floor. The kitchen had some basic equipment, but mostly, all the most needed ones. There was no shampoo or shower gel, so you will need to get your own. There is nothing bad about the apartment, a very nice stay in Budva.

Amazing ❤️

Pros: From the moment we met Martha, we knew we were going to have a great holiday ❤️ A clean, very comfortable house that can accommodate 4 people. It is a business located in the greenery, on one of the quietest and central streets in Budva. There is a private parking space for 5 people in front of the apartment, which Martha made every convenience possible for us to use. There is everything to live in the house. When we had a shortage, he did his best to meet them. She even left more 🙏🏻 I will never forget Martha waiting for us on the balcony with an umbrella in her hand when it started to rain. 💕 Hospitality is very important to us as Turkish people, and you showed us this in every way ✨I'm sure we will choose it again next year. thank you very much for everything

We were satisfied. We can recommend this accommodation and this location. Quiet, safe, friendly.

Pros: Our stay was booked without breakfast but there was fully equiped room with kitchen, plates, cups, cooker, fridge etc. inside flat. Flat was tidy up, staff was friendly, quiet locality very close to beach. I am very thankfull for opportunity of parking which was included to price of booking. There are 4 parking slots infront of hause. Deposit for gate remote control was 50 EURO return back on the end of stay. Budva was good option for family holiday 2023. Priceces were also a bit lower compare to Croatia. Also other towns historical towns nearby (Kotor, Tivat) and mountains (1657 m) not to far. Clean wather for swiming, restaurants with good services (fast and good taste).

Pros: Super lokalizacja, w mieszkaniu czysto, jest klimatyzacja, miły właściciel - jednym słowem wszystko super.

Rentouttava loma

Pros: Hyvä sijainti, tilava huoneisto (2 WC), henkilökunta paikalla päivittäin ja varustetaso hyvä (pyykinpesu- ja astianpesukone).

Cons: Majoitus oli pikkukadulla varrella. Kadulla oli öisin yllättävän paljon ääntä (jalankulkijoiden läpikulkureitti). Pidimme ovea parvekkeelle auki, koska ilmalämpöpumppu oli olohuoneessa ja ei viilettänyt makuuhuoneita tarpeeksi.

Pros: Locația bună aproape de plajă, magazine, cafenele și restaurante. Cazarea arată chiar mai bine decât ne așteptam și dispune de loc de parcarea. Apartamentele sunt mari, dotate cu toate cele necesare și dispun de 2 băi. Doamna Martha a fost foarte amabilă, dar nu vorbește engleză.

Cons: În living canapeaua extensibilă nu a fost foarte confortabilă pentru dormit.

Pros: Усе було 100% як на фото.дуже простора квартира. 2 кімнати 2 ванні кімнати, великий хол, кухня! Дуже привітні та доброзичливі господарі та персонал. Дуже комунікабельна та привітна Марта. До моря дуже близько!!!! Близько до магазину!!! Приватна -Закрита автостоянка-що дуже важливо і класно!!! Тихе та спокійне і дуже комфортне місце!!! Нам усе сподобалось) відпочивали сім’єю з 4 чоловік)

Cons: Проживання усе Супер!!! Будьте обережні у морі-ми стали на іжака- рекомендовано мати взуття для плавання!
