Pros: Spacious fully furnished apartment in a new building. The apartment is very clean, it has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Bed is wide and very comfortable. Also apartment has a balcony with a nice view. It is a short walk from both beach and old town, around 5-10 minutes. There are shops and cafes nearby. The host is friendly and really helpful!
Cons: The apartment is located close to a busy street with a lot of traffic. It can be really noisy in the bedroom, though it is quieter in the living room - there is also a place to sleep there. Also, as of September 2024, construction is underway next to the building. Workers start work at 8-9 a.m.

Comfy apartment, felt like a home
Pros: Modern, specious apartment. Good balcony with space for drying rack. Private parking but not for free! It would be good that we new beforehand that parking is 10 euros/day. We found out about that when we arrived at the property.

Pros: We loved that the apartment was in a good location, close proximity to shops. The apartment complex is new and very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. Nice size kitchen with almost anything you may need for short term rentals. The host was very helpful. Would definitely recommend
Cons: We did not love the street is too narrow for cars to turn. The apartment was clean but usually there are some basic needs in the kitchen like salt and pepper maybe some cooking oil... İn these price ranges.

Pros: Clean, large, modernly furnished apartment - separate bedroom, living room and kitchen. The view from the living room is towards the yard, you can also see a bit of the sea, and from the living room you can access the balcony. The house has an elevator and a separate parking space for a car in the garage (€10 per night). The apartment has everything you need - dishes, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, etc. The apartment is close to the beach (approx. 5 min. walk) and the old town (approx. 10-15 min. walk). There are many shops and restaurants near the apartment. The apartment has air conditioner in the living room and bedroom and blackout blinds on all windows. The apartment has the option of using a baby bed free of charge. Very helpful and friendly service. Ideal place to stay for family.
Cons: The apartment is located near a street with a lot of traffic. The street noise is not heard in the living room when the balcony door is closed, but it is heard in the bedroom. This may bother some people. A new house is being built next to the apartment, which was under construction when we stayed there. If it is ever finished, the street noise in the bedroom will probably be a little quieter. Access by car is a bit difficult due to the narrow streets but it wasn't a problem for us. It may be difficult when you are a learning driver.

Excellent stay
Pros: The apartment is perfect. It is carefully prepared, nicely decorated, very well cleaned, smells good, has everything you need and is at the same time minimalistic. Sea view is gradually being covered by new buildings, but it is still beautiful — in your windows you can observe an island and mountains (sea side photo attached). Air conditioners were enough to feel warm in January. Local housings use boilers to warm water. Be aware that for the system it takes time to warm it and the quantity is always limited. A lot of TV-channels, now I am fond of DocuBox :) The owner and his brother are very gentle. Thanks for hospitality.
Cons: If you are sensitive to noise, be aware that nowadays the construction site nearby is active. But as for us, this did not bother — surroundings, clean air and clean apartment took over.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful, has everything you need. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants nearby. The host is very nice and helpful with everything you need. I definitely recommend this place.

Kitchen: super super equipped Cleanliness: very clean, smells very good Owner: excellent communication, very kind, very gentle, he waited for me and personally gave me the key
Cons: Noises: Only after 6 in the morning, the noises come from the principal rute /avenue, from Buses and car
