All in all it was lovely.

Pros: I loved the host Ivan he was fantastic ready to help and good communication. I can't ask for more.

Cons: Only the slippers but he managed to give me a pair which was fantastic. Although I didn't know they were not included.

Brilliant, exceeds expectations

Pros: What a spectacular place! Newly built apartments, clean and everything was up to scratch. All amenities available. It is quite central with the old town, main market and the beach close by. But that was not the best part. Ivan is a gracious and amazing host. He was there 24/7, whenever we needed him and also booked us an excursion!

Pros: This place is perfect. The room is much bigger than the photos, super clean and modern, and the host was great. It's just off the main road so easy to get around and only a 2 minute walk over the road to the beach where there are lovely restaurants. 10 minutes from Budva old town. Will definitely be staying again if ever in Montenegro.

Cons: Nothing.

The location is excellent, close to the city center and all important amenities. The value for money is outstanding. Modern, Spacious, and Perfectly Located

Pros: We had an excellent stay at this modern and comfortable apartment in Budva. The host, Ivan, was incredibly nice and welcoming, and his fluent English made communication very easy. He met us upon arrival and personally showed us around the apartment. The place is spacious and thoughtfully designed — it features a master bedroom with a private bathroom, an additional bedroom, and a living room with another bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The location is fantastic, right on the main street with convenient parking directly at the entrance. There’s also a supermarket on the ground floor, and it’s just a pleasant 12-minute walk to the Old Town. Another big plus is the elevator, which is quite rare in Montenegro and made moving our luggage so much easier. Overall, this was the best apartment we stayed in during our trip to Montenegro, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Cons: One small drawback is that the ceilings are quite high, so some of the kitchen shelves and a bathroom window are too high to reach for an average person. It would be nice to have a small step bench available to make access easier.

Pros: A magical place. A wonderful host. Huge, comfortable apartment. Super stylish interior. The kitchen is fully equipped. there are two wonderful terraces overlooking the mountains and Budva. We wished we could stay longer. Each of us want to come back. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Definitely recommend it to everyone. It’s like family

Pros: The Host „IVAN“ was available 24/7 during our stay. He was super friendly and treated us like family. The apartment was clean and well equipped and maintained. It’s only a 3min walk to the beach where you can walk to the harbor and old town as well as go for a run. Overall it was an amazing experience staying there.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Fantastic apartment! Lovely, clean apartment with everything you need. 15 minutes walk into the old town of Budva and 5 mins from the beach, so the location is perfect. Host was brilliant! HIGHLY recommend.

Bright clean and fresh. Lovely hosts.

Pros: Lovely new apartment centrally located. Parking on site. Helpful host. Great info regarding amazing cable car on the way to Kotor. Host always available and checking everything ok. The air con was simple to operate. Little balcony was lovely to people watch with a glass of local wine.

Cons: A light bed cover would give a cosy feel. Would like a little chopping board for use with fruit and cheese.

Good location, close to old town. Clean and new apartment.

Pros: It was a brand new apartment. Clean. Location to old town is good, walking distance. Had parking which is a great bonus in Budva. Comfortable bed. The living room has a big couch and a nice kitchenette where you can make your own breakfast. It is on a very busy and noisy street but when you close the doors you don’t hear any noise from the traffic.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a coffee machine and a toaster. Also the balcony get sunshine almost all day. Would have been nice to have a tent or umbrella to have some shade.
