Dora Family Apartments Budva

Pros: Everything was TOP.The apartment hotel is wonderful, and the location is fantastic. There is parking available, and the owner is a very pleasant person. Since we travel with an electric car, he kindly provided us with a charging spot. I highly recommend this place — in Budva, it’s the only one offering this convenience!

Good location and a nice apartment

Pros: Clean and modern interior with big windows and a view. We had a nice stay here while in Budva. Nice to have a kitchenette and a small seating area which made it more of a studio apartment rather than just a room. The location is good with only a short walk to the beach and a 10-15 min walk to the old town and Mogren beach (our favourite beach in Budva). Even the bus station is just around the corner which was very convenient for us. Plenty of food shops around so easy to have a mix of cooking at the apartment and eating out. The staff were nice and accommodating, but call through Whatsapp because the phone number doesn’t work when calling “normally”.

Cons: There was loud creaking coming from the windows which startled us at first but didn’t bother us once we got used to it. The hot water seamed to run out quickly but it was still a bearable temperature. Next door neighbours did not respect the quiet hours time and played very loud music on their balcony but thats not the hosts fault.

Modern and welcoming property

Pros: The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, spotless, and well-organized. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a coffee machine to all the small details that truly make a difference. I felt right at home. One of the biggest advantages is the location: it’s very close to the beach, with shops and everything you might need just around the corner. Everything is within walking distance, which made getting around super easy. Being right on the main road is also a big plus for convenience and accessibility. A special mention goes to the hostess Ivana and the owner — their kindness and hospitality are truly exceptional, on a world-class level. As someone who has traveled extensively, I can say their approach stands out in the best way. I warmly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and pleasant place to stay. 👌

Cons: The only minus about the property is a parking space. It is difficult to access and go out but everything else was amazing.

Great option to stay 5 minutes from sea in Budva.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment that fully satisfy my requirements. 5 minutes away from beach. Private parking. Very polite owner, help to solve some problems.

Cons: Housekeeper don't speak English, so you have to communicate with owner by messenger if there is any issues. Windows frame expanding during the day due to heat and converge night time. So sometimes you can hear strong knocking sound from windows, that can be kind of scary.

Nice accomodation and very friendly stuff

Pros: The location is in walking distance to restaurants, beach and old town. They have white bed sheets and towels! I like this very much!

Cons: Somehow, the neighbors upstairs were very loud and you could hear this!!

Pros: The location was very good, a lot of supermarkets, bakeries and snack shops around. Host is very helpful and responds very quick to whatsapp messages. There is also parking garage you can use for free.

Comfortable stay

Pros: The design was very pleasant, and also the housekeeper was really nice and helpful throughout the trip. Overall it was comfortable to spend a short vacation in the apartment. The location is also superb, I could go to any place in the town on foot without any need to climb the hills

Cons: From time to time there were some strange clicking sounds (I thought it's like voltage changes), got used to it in a couple of days, but I wish I didn't hear those. I was also missing a microwave oven.

Super kind host, apartment near the beach and supermarked.

Pros: The host was super kind. We had some issues with the toilet flush, and the host fixed it. They kindly offered to store our luggage as the check-out was early, and we had a late flight. The location is near the beach, supermarket, and everything you need. We felt very safe in our apartment.

Cons: Our apartment got quite dirty after spending some days at the beach. It's not the host's fault, of course. However, we missed having some brooms to use indoors, or maybe a vacuum cleaner.
