well located, quiet and clean

Pros: very good and quiet place near Jaz Beach. Room clean and very comfortable with all necessary stuff. Little pool outside and free parking close to our room very appreciated for who travel by motorcycle

Nice appartement, not far from beach and town

Pros: The people were very friendly and nice. We could come to them with everything we need, and felt well there. It was cleaned everyday, even the laundry was made, very very good service.

Cons: In the appartement with 4 beds, the one kid bed was too short for a bit older child (1,40m) At arrival, bit difficult to find first where and how to \

Pros: Nice clean rooms, nice swimming pool and surrounding area, extremely helpful owner

Pros: Very nice communication with the owner and his family, clean, quiet place with good parking very near the houses. It was just perfect for us.

Good stay

Pros: The property is clean with a great pool in a quiet area. Staff are lovely and very attentive. Comfortable sun beds and rooms are well equipped with fridge and kettle and plenty of towels.

Cons: The property is a bit far from anything. Having to rely on taxis if you don’t have a car. Bed was super solid and hard to relax on as pillows weren’t great either.

Amazing host, great accommodation

Pros: We loved this place so much that we ended up staying more. Having a pool is great for when you don't have time or don't feel like travelling to the sea. The hypermarket is close by (but you will need a car to get around). It is close to Jazz Beach (again, by car). The location is very quiet and there's parking on site. They clean the room everyday and the host was just awesome - they helped with any question we had. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Budva.

Overall great experience

Pros: Clean, not worn down little houses, quiet envirnonment, close to Budva city. Overall great facilities and stay.

Cons: It was hard to reach the host.

Pros: We love the quiet place close to Budva, but not in the mess. The hipermarket and the beach are very near .

Pros: Great place!! Nice pool, very helpful staff, beautiful location. We had everything we needed. Our clothes were washed, the room was cleaned regularly. Also, there is an amazing beach (Jaz) only 25 min by foot from the appartement.

Cons: Wifi was a little weak in our room. Located far away from Budva but there are buses (bus stop is just next to the property).

Loved it. Will come again.

Pros: We felt like home. It was calm, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing was negative about our experience.
