Royal Montesun Apartments

Pros: Our stay at the apartment was excellent. We had two connected apartments at our disposal, which turned out to be a perfect solution for two families – everyone had their own space while still being able to spend time together. The location in the very center of Budva is a big advantage – close to the beach, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The host was helpful and always available. We definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back on our next visit to Budva!

Pros: We booked this penthouse apartment (actually on the second floor) for 4 people and it was huge! 2 living rooms with kitchens, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace. All in a very central location in the town near the beach.

Pros: That was perfect choice! Apartments are up to date , there is everything you need for short or long stay. Location is super , walking distance from the old town and a lot of shops and restaurants near by. We had quite room with the beautiful mountains view, it was so good to have breakfast on the balcony with that view! Host was very helpful and it was easy to contact in WhatsApp.

Perfect place for vacation

Pros: The location of the apartment is great. The apartment is very cosy and clean.

Pros: Apartments were well maintained and secured. Easy access to each location. Centre of budva. Near to old town and beach. It's worth the money but could have included parking as well. Swetlana was really helpful in showing us the apartment and made us aware of the tourist tax, which we were not aware of.

Cons: No parking is included in the price of stay when tough they have ample parking below. We need to pay extra for that.

Brand new apartment in the best location a few steps from Budva old town.

Pros: Great host...Stephan came as soon as we called, showed us everything in the apartment and the area around the building ..the apartment is brand new, nicely decorated , few steps from sea and old town ...could not ask for a better location.

Cons: Nothing..everything was 1st class... great value for money stay.

Iconic building, slap bang in the middle of everything,

Pros: The location couldn't have been any better, it's slap bang on the seafront and even from the island opposite Sveti Nikola, (worth a beach visit), you can see it standing there right in the middle of everything, it's quite an iconic building. Nice and spacious inside, tea, coffee, sugar, towels, everything you need supplied, it was clean, safe, reception is very friendly. The entrance in the passageway between buildings (Royal Gardens). I definitely recommend. Huge comfortable settee, nice balcony, not the greatest view but cool and private.

Cons: Needs a corkscrew. The one there is broken. Seriously that is the only thing I can think of to improve!

Best location

Pros: The location is the best. 5m walk to the pier, so many restaurants and shops nearby. Very comfy apartment.

Best place for everything

Pros: Very close to everywhere. Old city with walk 2-3 min beach is same. I like to balcony at home. Clean linens is important. Dear Brana interested with everything and thx accepted for late check-out. I start to manage new budva trip ❤️ 10/10
