Wonderful Stay in a Clean and Spacious Room
Pros: The hotel’s location was excellent, very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and bright, which made our stay very pleasant.

A Perfect Family Getaway!
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this villa — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic: just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and only 2 minutes to nearby hotels, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a family stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located base near the coast!

Great place for a great price. Absolutely recommend
Pros: Our stay was excellent- the location is amazing and the apartment was clean and simply great. The common terrace upstairs is also a nice addition and the owner/manager is pleasant
Cons: The only tiny issue I had was that the air conditioning couldn’t reach all the rooms but I think that’s apartment specific and it doesn’t really matter

Pros: We had a last minute cancellation of the accomodation previously booked, so we booked stay at Villa Maxima while standing in front of it - room was ready for us in 30min, which was not the case with few other places we tried, so that was much appreciated. Superfriendly and helpful staff. We used the possibility to store luggage after check out, which was of big help. Big rooftop on the top floor with sunbeds was a nice addition. Good location in the city center.
Cons: Room was smaller than mentioned on booking.com, AC available only in the living room and not in the bedroom. Otherwise everything ok.

Perfect stay in budva
Pros: Absolutely perfect stay! Villa Maxima exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The location is great — peaceful yet just a short distance from the city center and the beach. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back!”

Amazing stay—comfy beds, great terraces, and Bertan was the best host we could’ve asked for!
Pros: We had an amazing 2-day stay in Budva, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible host, Bertan! The apartment was just what we needed—comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and not one but two private terraces (a small one and a large one), which made it perfect for relaxing at any time of day. On top of that, the building has a shared rooftop terrace with a stunning view—especially during Budva’s yearly carnival! It was the perfect spot to unwind, meet other guests, and even enjoy live music, a BBQ, and a bar. But what really made the trip special was Bertan himself. He truly was THE MAN. Super kind, communicative, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations, helped us find a cheap parking spot, and even took us out partying in the old town. He made sure we were safe when it mattered and was always looking out for us. If you're heading to Budva, we highly recommend staying here—both the place and the host were top-notch!
