Pros: After a very positive experience last summer, we stayed here again ♥ Last year I wrote a review, and this year I confirm again that you won't find better accommodation in Ulcinj :) Everything was great, accommodation, environment, owners, parking, equipment, proximity to shops and beautiful loooooong beach ♥

Pros: The property has a huge yard, a lot of greenery, hosts were excellent; we felt like in our house.

Cons: It is a little bit far away from the beach, but the beach has a huge parking lot, so even this wasn't a problem.

Pros: A greate apartment with a kitchenet and own balcony. 5-7 minutes walk to market and restaurants 10-15 to the sea. In 3.5 km, there is a kitesurf station in Dolcinium Beach. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Really liked to stay here!

Lovely place

Pros: The place was great, well protected with nets, so mosquitos no 🙏🏾, the owner is very welcoming, very nice. This place in Ulcinj was great!

Nice location for beach, everything essential nearby. Safe, quiet and peaceful area.

Pros: Really nice apartment on the bottom floor. The room had a double bed and two single beds. There were two refrigerators which were great for storing food. We bought fruits and vegetables from a lady on the corner at the top of the road, so very convenient. The village centre is about a 15 minute walk with clothes, food, and entertainment. The beach is about a 15 minute walk too but through some bushes or boggy land in the sun, so can take longer. Probably the closest you'll get to the beach. But it is the best beach of the long beach. The nicest people working at the bar. A storm passed through and took the electricity out. The beach bar sheltered us, and the electricity was fixed by the people in the accommodation and local area by the time we got back to the room! Really helpful owner, communicating and answering to any questions and issues we had. Nice little patio area (although not fully private). A little playground for kids. We even saw wild turtles!

Cons: As the apartment is on the ground floor, if you don't close your front door, you will get mosquitos in the room. The shower doesn't have a curtain, but that's normal in the region.

Pros: Super accommodation, super host. The apartment very clean and new.

Pros: Big and clear apartment. Very kind and responsive staff. Quite place.

Cons: It is too far from beach without car. As owner said it will be better to reach the beach later then will be able the direct path. But in June walking to the beach is around 20-30 minutes. But with a car all is near:)

Pros: lovely room, a lot of dishes in the kitchen, very comfortable bed, insect protection on all windows, well-groomed yard with cutest sheeps:) Walk to the beach is about 15 minutes, for us it was perfect. By the car about 5-7 minutes. Friendly owners! We had a great time, thanks a lot!
