Pros: Location was great, amazing view, beautiful beach nearby (walking distance - 800meters), small market right at the street, apartment was quiet and comfy, especially beds.. for the price we paid, it was definitely a great choice and we would love to come back!
Cons: We had a bit of trouble finding the place when we arrived, and the owners were not reachable (calls and messages went unanswered when we needed help with directions and parking). Apart from that, the self check-in and check-out went smoothly. The apartment could use a deeper cleaning (for example, there was quite a mess under the beds). Also, street parking might become an issue in the future once nearby buildings are completed.

Pros: Хорошее местоположение, прекрасный вид из окна гостиной. В апартаментах было все необходимое для проживания.
Cons: К нашему приезду апартаменты не были готовы и администратор не знал об этом. Нас заселили в очень грязный номер с полотенцами и постельным бельем после предыдущих жильцов. Нам пришлось уйти и подождать пока все уберут. Это , конечно, подпортило впечатление.

Appartamento bellissima ma gestione molto discutibile e da migliorare
Pros: Appartamento bellissimo, ben arredato e confortevole. Bella la veduta su Becici, ottima la possibilità di parcheggio.
Cons: Della struttura in sé, nulla da dire, il problema enorme e più importante da sottolineare è che lo staff della CMM che gestisce la struttura è stato completamente assente. Non ci ha accolto nessuno, non hanno registrato i nostri documenti, non ci hanno spiegato nulla che riguardasse le dotazioni dell’appartamento, ci hanno comunicato al terzo giorno che era necessario entro le 24 ore dall’arrivo registrarsi per pagare la tassa di soggiorno, quindi non ci è stato possibile farlo né al Tourist information, né alla Posta, ma siamo dovuti andare su indicazione del ragazzo del punto informazioni turistiche dall’ispettore del turismo a Budva. Abbiamo inutilmente chiesto ed atteso per per sei giorni su otto di permanenza che ci portassero un asciugacapelli che era mancante in casa. Inoltre ci hanno comunicato di poter parcheggiare nei garage della struttura, ma non ci hanno fornito il telecomando per poter aprire il cancello di ingresso che non prevede apertura manuale, quindi siamo rimasti chiusi dentro due volte e un giorno al ritorno abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare all’esterno. Nell’appartamento non è presente alcun tipo di dotazione per le pulizie, una scopa sarebbe stata utile per tenerlo in ordine data la lunga permanenza. Nessun cambio di lenzuola né riordino per tutto il soggiorno. Insomma, la casa è bellissima, ma bisognerebbe avere molta più attenzione per l’ospite. Ultima nota è assolutamente necessaria l’auto per raggiungere la struttura con i bagagli visto che si trova alla fine di una ripida salita.

Pros: Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Apartment ausgesprochen gut gefallen! Alles war genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen – die Einrichtung ist neu, hochwertig und komplett ausgestattet. Besonders die moderne Küche und das stilvolle Badezimmer haben uns begeistert. Die gesamte Wohnung wirkt frisch, modern und sehr gepflegt – man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Der persönliche Kontakt war großartig: sehr freundlich, schnell, zuverlässig und absolut unkompliziert – egal ob telefonisch oder schriftlich. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, was den gesamten Ablauf sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt eine top Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!
Cons: Was uns jedoch nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft. Obwohl die Wohnung neu ist und einen sehr guten Eindruck macht, war deutlich erkennbar, dass hier beim Putzen nicht gründlich gearbeitet wurde. Im Badezimmer fanden wir noch Haare vom Vorgänger, der Boden – besonders hinter den Nachtkästchen – war staubig und ebenfalls voller Haare. Auch der WC-Deckel war nicht richtig sauber. Das ist schade, denn das Apartment hätte für uns ansonsten eine glatte 10/10 verdient. Unser Tipp: Die Reinigung sollte dringend verbessert oder die Reinigungskraft gewechselt werden – dann wäre alles perfekt!

Pros: Апартамента беше сравнително нов и чист, удобно легло и кухня оборудвана със всичко необходимо. Изключителна гледка към морето.
Cons: Трудно намерихме точния адрес, паркирането също беше проблем заради това че подземният паркинг работи само през деня, поне така ни обясни собственика на апартамента, нямаше кафе, както и нямаше спално бельо за дивана въпреки че сме казали за колко души става въпрос.
