Le Petit Chateau

Definitely a place to visit

Pros: Le Petit Chateau is a hotel in a class of its own, with a very special atmosphere. It also has a perfect location, just a few steps from the beach. There is no traffic here, and lots of restaurants in the area. The rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is very good. The balcony overlooking the promenade is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the sunsets and evenings. The breakfasts are the best we have ever tasted in a hotel. We spent a week there, and the only complaint we have is that you often had to sit for a long time and wait for breakfast.

Great location in Bar

Pros: Fabulous location on the beach, large room and bathroom, great little restaurant. The area is abuzz with activity. Parking in a public car park about 5 min walk away.

Enjoyable, comfortable rooms with good staff, but a little noisy for us.

Pros: Staff very good, breakfast excellent. Room large and tall ceilings.

Cons: It was noisy, either from the piped music in the front of the hotel or from the barking dog in the middle of the night.

Fabulous place to stay!

Pros: Absolutely loved this hotel, like a step back in time to old fashioned elegance with modern convenience. We were upgraded to a large sea view room, very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with extra towels, a robe and slippers which is a nice extra touch. Toiletries are included along with a hair dryer and iron. Small fridge and kettle with a great complimentary selection of teas and coffees. The restaurant is very good for an evening meal and we had a lovely breakfast on the front terrace overlooking the sea and promenade. The staff are great, very helpful and friendly, we would love to visit this pretty hotel again, wished we could have stayed longer, thanks for a great stay!

Pros: More like an apartment than a typical hotel room. Spacious and comfortable, large shower, separate wc. Friendly staff and nice food. Shared balcony. Good location.

We had a great, relaxed week.

Pros: The room was beautiful and the staff always friendly and helpful! Also the breakfast which was included in the price was excellent.

Pros: Breakfast was a choice form the standard restaurant menu.

Cons: Breakfast could be slow to be served. varied from 15 mins to 60 mins but it's in a lovely location so no worries to chill and relax and the drinks coffee, juices and water were provided after just a few mins so no worries.

Styles, little paradise in the mediterranium.

Pros: This grean belt, few hundred meters strech of evergreen vegetation all around Le Petit Chateau gives the feeling: that we are in one of the last paradise. The promenade, palm trees, giant leanders, pineas give us the true Mediterranean feeling. The style of the building is almost aristocratic. Highly recommend for travellers looking for unique atmosphere, rather than cool, supermodern uniformalised, standard apartment. The staff is number one, in deed! Do not miss the great restaurant of the house!

Cons: Wouldn't be fair to say anything wrong about the hard work made by the helpful staff. So we had no problem left unsorted.

This is a charming period house to stay in with views of the sea and a great places to enjoy the relaxed vibe of Bar!

Pros: This is one of the most charming places we have ever stayed! The location is lovely, directly on the promenade overlooking the sea. Really relaxed. Good cooked breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby and just a few minutes walk to the bus stop to visit Stari Bar, or to go to the train station.

Cons: It was all good, we really enjoyed our stay.
